What this site is

Civic Voice Jamaica is an independent civic project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Government of Jamaica, any ministry, agency, or political party. We provide pre-written email templates that you can personalize and send to public officials from your own email app.

You are the sender

When you click "Open Email App and Send," your email app opens with a draft. You choose whether to send it, edit it, or discard it. The message is sent from your own email account, not from us. You are responsible for the content of anything you send.

Acceptable use

Please don't use this site to:

• Send threats, harassment, or unlawful content.
• Impersonate another person.
• Spam or automate sending in bad faith.
• Misrepresent the templates as an official government form.

No warranty

The site is provided as-is. We do our best to keep information accurate — figures, prices, and recipients can change. If you spot something wrong, please let us know.
